Risk: Investing carries a risk of partial or total loss of capital. Yields are not guaranteed: on the fixed yield, capital remains exposed to issuer default; on the revenue share, payments depend on actual performance and may be low or nil. Pooling reduces volatility without eliminating risk.

Investing in music catalogues carries a risk of partial or total loss of capital. On bond products, the main risk is issuer default, in which case the loss can be total. On variable-yield products, revenue depends on the actual performance of the work and can be low or nil. The higher the targeted yield, the greater the associated risk.
